Colonial Pole Vault Elite is offering a camp at the College of William & Mary from July 10-July 12. This camp will cover vault specific training from the runway, to the air, and off the track. You will learn the system that has produced multiple national champions, and multiple national record holders.
You will be coached by nationally recognized instructors and work side by side on the runway with championship vaulters, including NCAA Champion Dan Tierney, former HS National Record Holder, Mary Saxer, as well as several more All-East and NCAA Championship athletes.
The vault will be broken down further than you have ever seen before. With cross training drills in the gymnastics room and underwater, you will learn all the tools to give you the technical edge in the pole vault.
